These terms govern your use of x1bet. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet. By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these conditions in full.
You must be 18 or older to register. One account per person, per household and per device. x1bet verifies identity before processing withdrawals — providing accurate information is a condition of registration.
All transactions are in PKR. Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT and Visa/Mastercard are accepted. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the deposit where possible.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonuses are non-transferable. x1bet reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through abuse of promotional terms.
Bets are settled according to official results from governing bodies. x1bet reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's outcome is known. In-play bets accepted in error at incorrect odds may be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. x1bet will never ask for your password. Any activity from your account is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use x1bet. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 or older. x1bet takes age verification seriously and will request proof of age documents where necessary. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds returned to the payment source where legally and technically possible.
Each individual is permitted to hold one x1bet account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered, x1bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any funds obtained through multi-account activity, including bonuses and winnings derived from bonus funds.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your x1bet account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information, including using another person's identity, is a serious violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your x1bet account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods enabled on your account. x1bet will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify x1bet immediately. Any activity conducted through your account before we receive notification of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.
Tip: Use a unique, strong password for your x1bet account. Enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings for an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
x1bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods for Pakistan-based accounts: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x1bet does not apply currency conversion fees or service charges on standard deposits and withdrawals through supported methods.
Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your x1bet balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits via IBFT are typically credited within 2 to 4 banking hours. Card deposits are credited within a few minutes subject to issuing bank processing times. x1bet is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed by x1bet within the timeframes associated with your VIP tier. Standard accounts receive withdrawals processed within 24–48 hours. VIP Platinum and Elite members receive same-day processing and Diamond members receive immediate processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
x1bet is required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds or upon account review. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal processing until verification is completed.

Important: x1bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits may be flagged and returned, and the associated account may be reviewed.
All bets placed on x1bet are subject to acceptance by x1bet. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference number displayed on screen. x1bet reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason, including where system errors have produced incorrect odds, or where the bet would exceed the platform's maximum liability threshold for a given event.
The minimum stake per bet on x1bet is Rs 50 for sports markets and Rs 50 for casino games. Maximum stakes vary by event, market and account tier. Maximum payout limits apply per event and per settlement period — these are displayed in the relevant market information on the betting interface.
x1bet may void a bet under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; an obvious pricing error occurs due to a system fault; the bet was placed on an event whose result was already known at the time of placement; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Voided bets are refunded at the stake amount to your account balance.
Bets are settled based on results declared by the relevant official governing body or competition organisers. x1bet uses official score providers and data feeds to determine settlement. In the event of a discrepancy between data feed results and officially declared results, the officially declared result will take precedence. Settlement corrections may be applied where errors in initial settlement are identified.
In-play bets are accepted subject to the live trading rules displayed for each market. x1bet may suspend in-play markets at any point during an event. Bets placed in the period between a significant event occurring (such as a wicket falling or a goal scored) and that event being reflected in the interface may be voided at x1bet's discretion.
All casino games available on x1bet are supplied by licensed third-party software providers. The rules, RTP rates and game mechanics for each game are determined by the software provider. x1bet does not modify game outcomes, alter software behaviour or influence RNG results in any way.
Technical malfunctions of casino game software will render any affected round void, and stakes for that round will be refunded. If a malfunction affects only the visual presentation but the underlying result was correctly recorded by the game server, the server result stands. x1bet is not liable for losses resulting from interrupted internet connections on the player's side during an active game round.
All x1bet casino games are sourced from studios certified by independent testing laboratories. The RTP percentage displayed in each game's information panel reflects the independently verified long-term payout rate.
All bonuses and promotions offered by x1bet are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of offer, in addition to these general terms. Where there is a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in the promotional offer. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires total bets of Rs 150,000 to be placed using bonus funds before any associated balance is withdrawable.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotional offer will expire and be removed from your account automatically. The standard validity period is 7 days from the date of crediting unless stated otherwise. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiry date of any bonus credited to your account.
x1bet actively monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets with bonus funds, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, or using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. Where bonus abuse is detected, x1bet reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and to close the associated account.
The x1bet VIP Club operates under its own terms as described on the VIP Club page. VIP tier status, cashback calculations, tier maintenance requirements and benefit entitlements are governed by the VIP programme terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x1bet and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:
Chargebacks: Any chargeback initiated against x1bet for funds that were legitimately lost through betting or gaming will result in immediate account suspension and the debt being pursued through appropriate legal and collections processes. x1bet maintains full transaction records for all accounts.
x1bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reason to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. In cases of confirmed fraud, multi-accounting or bonus abuse, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.
You may request closure of your x1bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification, provided no outstanding investigations or chargeback disputes exist on the account.
Accounts that remain inactive — no login activity — for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. x1bet will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any dormancy charges. Dormant account charges, if applicable, will be communicated via your registered email address and will not reduce an account balance below zero.

In all circumstances, x1bet's total liability to you in connection with any single claim is limited to the amount of the bet or deposit directly involved in that claim. x1bet is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.
x1bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, x1bet will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address on your account and/or a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of the x1bet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms and Conditions and your use of x1bet are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which x1bet is licensed and incorporated. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of x1bet, you should first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. x1bet operates an internal complaints procedure and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 days of receipt of a formal complaint submitted in writing to our support email address.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the matter may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as specified by x1bet's operating licence conditions. Any unresolved dispute is subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority, and the award of any arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
